2. Booking Policy

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• To guarantee your booking, a valid payment method or advance deposit may be required.
• Rates may vary by room type, season, or promotional offer.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon)
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 before the check-in date to avoid charges.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide accurate personal and payment details during booking.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Illegal activities, smoking in non-smoking areas, or disturbances may result in eviction without refund.

6. Children & Extra Beds

• Children under 3 may stay free of charge with existing bedding.
• Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.

8. Payment Terms

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payments.
• All prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Invoices will be provided upon check-out or via email.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hotel Shangrila shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your stay or use of our services.

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.
